Coco passed away with peace after not eating for 3 days. She couldn’t stand the day before she passed (Coco could stand like no old lady I ever saw before she was a beast!) and we made arrangements. She left before that happened. She took a few finals breaths and I held her. Coco drank water up until her final moments. I can’t be angry about her departure. She left this earth how she came into my life. 23 years old … she was never sick… never hurt herself … never needed medication …. Thank you for allowing me to share her and for reading this post. Hug your dogs for me. Adopt a dog at a shelter. That’s where Coco was waiting for me. ❤️🌻
